Things to Watch Out for and Fix:

  • Withholds

  • Teammate Telling the Same Story Over and Over

  • Teammate Holding the Team Back

  • Teammate Sucking the Energy Out of the Team

  • Not Calling Bull Shit

  • What is the selection process for the Team Leader?
